2006 and 2007 were busy years for Chelsea Ballet (photos to be added)

In June 2006 we visited Birr, Ireland for the first time

In July 2006 we shared the Billing with the PwC Dancers at Jacksons Lane Theatre

In July 2006 we performed Coppelia at the Queen Charlotte Hall, Richmond

In August 2006, we held our first Adult Summer School

In December 2006 we performed the Sleeping Beauty at the Queen Charlotte Hall, Richmond

2007 was our 40th Anniversary and we celebrated with a formal dinner with many members and friends, past and present

In June 2007 we returned to Birr, Ireland

In July 2007 shared the Billing again with the PwC Dancers at The Studio Theatre, Richmond and presented a workshop for children in Swindon. We also performed Coppelia at the Redgrave Theatre in Bristol

In August 2007 we held the Second Annual Adult Summer School

In December 2007 we performed Waltz Ballerinas at the Open Platform Dance nighat the Lilian Bayliss Theatre. We performed the Tchaikovsky Masterpieces - The Vision Scene from The Sleeping Beauty / Swan Lake Act IV / The Nutcracker Suite and visited Great Ormond Street Hospital and performed for the children.

2008 is going to be another busy year. Our plans include

Returning to Birr, Ireland; Performance with Elements Dance Company (formerly PwC Dancers) at the Studio Theatre, Richmond; Returning to Bristol; and performing a new ballet - Cinderella - by company member Anthony Latham at Richmond in December. The third annual adult summer school will also be held in August.
